THFLEX has been rooted in the field of industrial manufacturing since 1995. After nearly three decades of intensive cultivation, it has developed into a benchmark enterprise for industrial and trade integration supported by Hebei Province. As a comprehensive factory integrating the research and development, production, sales and customization services of industrial metal hoses, compensators and exhaust pipes, we have more than 500 professional employees and an annual output of 1,000 tons of metal hoses. Metal hose is one of THFLEX’s core products and has a wide range of application scenarios. In the field of petrochemicals, it can withstand high temperature, high pressure and corrosive media to ensure the stable operation of the pipeline system; in the power industry, it can effectively absorb thermal expansion displacement and reduce pipeline stress; in the machinery manufacturing and automobile industries, as a flexible connection component, it meets the shock absorption and sealing requirements under complex working conditions.
In terms of manufacturing standards, we strictly follow ISO, GB and other domestic and foreign authoritative standards to ensure product performance and safety. In terms of manufacturing technology, we use advanced automated production equipment and precision molding technology. From the strict screening of raw materials to the molding, welding and surface treatment of pipes, every process is refined. To ensure product quality, we have established a complete inspection process, covering multiple links such as raw material inspection, process inspection, and finished product performance testing. Through non-destructive testing, pressure testing, fatigue testing and other means, we ensure that every product shipped meets high quality requirements.
